From Manhattan
Via FDR Drive: Head northeast on FDR Drive, taking the FDR Drive northbound. Merge onto I-278 E and follow signs for the Bronx/Queens. Take the exit onto I-95 N and follow signs for New Haven. Take the Pelham Parkway exit and follow the signs for Pelham Parkway. Continue on Pelham Parkway, driving along until you reach Pelham Parkway South. Arrive at your destination — The Pelham Parkway Ambulatory Surgery Center will be on your right at 1000 Pelham Parkway South.
Via Manhattan Bridge: Start from the Manhattan Bridge and head northeast. Take NY-9A N, continue on NY-9A N, and follow signs for I-95 N. Merge onto I-95 N and take the exit toward Pelham Parkway. Continue on Pelham Parkway, driving along until you reach Pelham Parkway South. Arrive at your destination — The Pelham Parkway Ambulatory Surgery Center will be on your right at 1000 Pelham Parkway South.

From Westchester & the Bronx
From Westchester, take the New England Thruway (I-95 South) and head south towards the Bronx. Take the Pelham Parkway West exit and follow the signs for Pelham Parkway West. Continue on Pelham Parkway, driving through four traffic lights until you reach Williamsbridge Road. Turn right onto Williamsbridge Road, then immediately bear right at the fork onto Esplanade. Your destination, The Pelham Parkway Ambulatory Surgery Center, will be on your right at 1000 Pelham Parkway South.
From Queens and Long Island
From Queens via the Throggs Neck Bridge, take the bridge and follow signs for the New England Thruway. Then, take the Pelham Parkway West exit. Proceed on Pelham Parkway for four traffic lights until you reach Williamsbridge Road. Turn right onto Williamsbridge Road and bear right immediately onto Esplanade.
From Queens via the Whitestone Bridge, take the bridge and follow signs for the Hutchinson River Parkway. Take the Pelham Parkway West exit, then proceed on Pelham Parkway for four traffic lights to Williamsbridge Road. Turn right onto Williamsbridge Road and bear right immediately onto Esplanade.
From Long Island, take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west towards Queens. Follow the signs for either the Throggs Neck Bridge or the Whitestone Bridge and then proceed according to the respective directions listed above.

Take the BX12, BX22, or BX39 to Pelham Parkway/White Plains Road.Walk toward 1000 Pelham Parkway South.

5 trains to Morris Park Station. Exit, Walk straight on Esplanade toward Lurting Ave and make a left on Lurting Ave., toward Pelham Parkway South. Surgery. Center will be on the left side
